Building a Relationship with One’s Child – Basics – Rav Eisenstein



What does it mean to be fair, firm and friendly when it comes to parenting? How do we deal with adolescents who are pulling away? Today we have a great pleasure to talk to Rav Eisenstein and hear his profound thoughts on these topics and much more as we focus on raising our Jews Next Dor.

For this first topic of a parent’s hierarchy of needs, we’ll address the foundation of parenting, the relationship with one’s child, focusing on the basics of of how to build strong and meaningful relationships with our children. Deep relationships need to be nurtured and developed with love and patience without expecting anything in return. Rav Eisenstein will share his experience and vast knowledge about building good relationships with children from the time they are very young, through their turbulent teen years, and when they are adults.
